水是生命之源,生活饮用水是人们每天必需的基本物质,饮用水的安全性直接关系到饮用者的身体健康和生活质量。由于工业和农业活动的不断发展,一些现阶段经常使用,并且不可缺少的化工品,如氯苯类化合物等有害、有毒的物质经过各种渠道进入到人们的饮用水供水系统当中,使人们的饮用水安全存在着重大的隐患。因此必须采取有效的检测手段,为饮用水安全性的确定提供有利的技术支撑。
为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境保护法》和《中华人民共和国水污染防治法》,保护环境,保障人体健康,规范水中氯苯类化合物的测定方法,制定本标准。本标准规定了测定水中氯苯类化合物的气相色谱法。本标准适用于地表水、地下水、饮用水、海水、工业废水及生活污水中氯苯类化合物的测定。具体组分包括:氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,3-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、1,2,4,5-四氯苯、1,2,3,5-四氯苯、1,2,3,4-四氯苯、五氯苯和六氯苯等12种。本标准是对《水质 1,2-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯的测定 气相色谱法》(GB 17131-1997)的修订。本标准首次发布于1997年,本次为第一次修订。自本标准实施之日起,《水质 1,2-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯的测定 气相色谱法》(GB/T 17131-1997)废止。

This standard is formulated to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, protect the environment, safeguard human health, and standardize the determination methods of chlorobenzene compounds in water. This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for determining chlorobenzene compounds in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of chlorobenzene compounds in surface water, groundwater, drinking water, seawater, industrial wastewater, and domestic sewage. The specific components include: chlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4,5-tetrachlorobenzene, 1,2,3,5-tetrachlorobenzene, 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobenzene, pentachlorobenzene, and hexachlorobenzene. This standard is a revision of the Gas Chromatography Method for the Determination of 1,2-Dichlorobenzene, 1,4-Dichlorobenzene, and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene in Water Quality (GB 17131-1997). This standard was first published in 1997, and this is the first revision. From the date of implementation of this standard, the determination of 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene in water quality by gas chromatography (GB/T 17131-1997) is abolished.
