Gas analysis: Separate permanent gases (such as CO ₂, CH ₄, etc.). There are studies using HayeSep A as an adsorbent for online gas analyzers to measure carbon dioxide.

：微型气相色谱
在现代快速检测中，HayeSep A是Agilent 990 Micro GC等微型气相色谱系统的常用固定相。
性能指标：使用0.25米长的色谱柱，氮气(N₂)和乙烷(C₂H₆)的分离度可达6.5，检测限低至2.4 ppm，重复性偏差小于1%。
效率：可在2分钟内完成对天然气中永久性气体及C3以下烃类的全分析
无机物与轻烃分析
除了永久气体，该填料在以下物质的分析中也表现优异：
二氧化碳(CO₂)测量：可直接用于在线气体分析仪，监测二氧化碳浓度。
C2烃类分离：在较高柱温下，能有效分离乙烷、乙烯、乙炔等低碳烃类。
